Digital Books (Ebooks)

Ebook purchases are delivered electronically. Available files include EPUB and PDF formats. Download instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

No physical item is shipped for an ebook-only order. If your download email does not arrive, please check your spam or junk folder and contact contact@lightupthedarknessbook.com with your order number.

Printed Books

Our softcover and hardcover books are printed on demand. Production begins after your order has been accepted and submitted for printing.

Printing generally takes approximately 10 business days. Shipping transit time is additional.

Production estimates are not guaranteed. Actual timelines may vary due to printing schedules, holidays, production volume, carrier operations, or other circumstances.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Available shipping methods and their charges are displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and the books ordered.

Some economy shipping options do not include tracking. Where a tracked shipping option is available, it will be identified during checkout.

Selecting a faster shipping service does not necessarily shorten the printing-production period.

International Orders

International shipping is available only to destinations supported at checkout.

Depending on the destination and fulfillment location, orders may be printed in the destination country or shipped internationally.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable charges may apply. Whether these are collected at checkout, included in the shipping service, or payable upon delivery depends on the destination and shipping arrangement. Customers should review the amounts shown at checkout and any applicable import requirements.

Delays, Missing Shipments, and Delivery Problems

If your order appears delayed, arrives damaged, or has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact us at contact@lightupthedarknessbook.com with your order number.

We will review the issue and work with the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier as appropriate.

Orders from Other Retailers

Books purchased through Amazon, bookstores, or other third-party retailers are subject to the fulfillment and shipping arrangements of those retailers.

Special Editions

Any special or limited editions not currently available for purchase may have separate production and shipping arrangements. These will be disclosed before orders are accepted.
